Join us November 18-20, 2016 for a weekend of musical workshops, yoga, hand pans, Indian music, new friends, Ayurvedic meals and alpacas!
This OPEN LEVEL retreat will feature workshops in the world's most ancient and most modern musical instruments including the Frame Drum, Bansuri (reed flute), and Hand Pan, the art of Indian Raga and Tala, and the art of Yoga. Together, we will dive into ancient rhythms and melodies from around the world, and will become in touch with our inner musicians through movement, vocalizations and rhythm-development exercises. You are welcome to bring your own instruments. There will be high quality instruments available for purchase, and student instruments to practice on during the weekend.
Aarona will be leading daily all-level yoga classes and a sound meditation accompanied by live music. Her yoga classes are a balanced blend between strengthening alignment, creative flow, rhythmic breath, and restorative meditation. Aarona will also be offering private one-on-one oracle readings from her Moon Deck. Each class, meditation and private reading will guide you to create a spacious quality in your body and mind, assuring you return home recharged and inspired.
