“Sound Healing works on the principle that everything in the Universe is energy in vibration. Sound is all around us. It affects our health and the way we think.” Teacher, Sound Therapist and artist, Sara Auster uses a holistic approach to healing and deep relaxation with the transformative power of music and sound.  Possessing the unique ability to offer quality sound work in a large format, she provides a shared meditative experience for groups of ten to one thousand. Sara is a co-creator of The Big Quiet, regularly teaches at MNDFL, and offers sound baths at venues such as The Rubin Museum, New York Society for Ethical Culture and ABC Carpet and Home. This will be an evening of deep listening, aligning breath and cleansing restoration.
