Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson, in general, does not accept returns. 
 

LIVE OR DIGITAL COURSES, TRAININGS, CLASSES, COACHING, CONSULTING,  MENTORSHIP, AND PRODUCTS POLICY (collectively, the 'Service' or 'Services'): 


Due to the nature of digital products, classes, courses and trainings, or all coaching and mentorship Services, refunds are not available. However, in some instances, and only when in written form by request of the customer in unavoidable circumstances, the following may apply:

No refunds will be offered until the 'Services' start. All will be equally named as 'Training Programs' for clarity.
  
To be eligible for a refund for your enrollment and purchase of the 'Service' specifically, you must: (i) have purchased the 'Services'  in the current calendar year (2024-2025) either by paying in full, opting into a payment plan, or receiving a scholarship and/or grant, and (ii) submit your refund request to [email protected] no later than 11:59 P.M. within the first 7 days of the 'Service' or of your Purchase Date, including a clear statement why you are requesting a refund after applying yourself fully to the 'Services' provided.

After this date no refunds are available and will be final.

For us to consider your Refund Request for the 'Services' provided, you must include proof of your completed coursework with the understanding that you are not getting beneficial results after fully applying yourself. It will be reviewed by us within seven (7) business days of our receipt of the refund request and all information required by us in connection with the refund request.

Refunds will be initiated in our sole discretion and if accepted will be applied to your original Payment Method. Refunds will not be applied if you fail to meet all items (i) through (iii) (inclusive) above. Refunds will be subject to a deduction for all physical products and shipping, plus, any virtual products and all administrative fees.

Other than this limited right to cancellation and refund, your enrollment and purchase of the 'Service' is non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event that Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson suspends or terminates your User Account, your access to the 'Services' or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a 'Service', any license or fees for any portion of the 'Service', any content or data associated with your User Account or enrollment in any 'Service', or for anything else.

Please note that refunds are not issued for individual class sessions, coaching/consulting/mentorship sessions, or elements of the Training Programs, Courses, or any other 'Service' if you miss or if you withdraw from any of the above at any time for any reason.

 

MEMBERSHIP AND COMMUNITY-BASED OFFERS:

Once you have paid your monthly, seasonal, or customized membership fees for any of our membership or community spaces offered with Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson, you will not be entitled to any refund for any reason whatsoever.

This includes, but is not limited to, if you cancel your membership, if you are not satisfied with the services provided by Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson, or if Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson terminates your membership for any reason.


Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership or community access with Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson at any time by accessing the customer portal or by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Once you have cancelled your membership or community access, you will not receive a refund for any portion of your membership fees.

Free Trials for any duration of time offered:
Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson sometimes offers a 7-day, 30-day, or other date-range free trial for new or select members. During this trial period, you will have full access to the 'Services' offered by Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson. If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged any extra fees. You are only entitled to one free trial of the membership or community access. If you cancel your membership or community access during the free trial period, you will not be able to sign up for another free trial.

Auto-Recurring Monthly Membership:
After the first month, or other timeline based on the 'Services' you signed up for, your membership or community access will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and you will be charged the applicable ongoing fees to keep your access active. Your membership or community access will continue until you cancel it. You can cancel your membership or community access at any time on your own will, but you will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of your membership fees already paid.

Access to Customer Portal:
To access the customer portal, you will need to create an account with Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson. Your account will include information about your membership or community access, including payment information and the status of your membership or community access. You can use the customer portal to manage your membership or community access, including cancelling your membership or community access and updating your payment information.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the no refund policy, cancellation policy, and the terms of the free trial, and the monthly, seasonal, or customized membership auto-recurring fees for any Aarona Leá / Aarona Pichinson 'Service' where applicable. You also acknowledge that you have access to the customer portal and that you can cancel your membership at any time.
